Last year I was in a lot of pain due to a slipped disc, and sciatica in my right leg. I suffered greatly physically and I was almost unable to perform normal activities.

Everyday frustrations from the pain completely destroyed me mentally. I didn't see any way out.

A pak začal kolotoč lékařů, neurologů a vlastně žádný závěr až na definování úzkosti, kterou jsem nikdy před tím neřešila a ani jsem nevěděla, co jsou psychické problémy. Po aplikaci léků jsem čekala marně na psychiatrickou pomoc a rozhodla se tedy hledat sama. Našla jsem Lenku a od první chvíle jsem věděla, že její pomoc potřebuji. Kromě rychlého objednání mi hned po první hodině přišla velká vlna úlevy a já jsem věděla, že už s nikým dalším pracovat nepotřebuji.

Úzkostné stavy se mi od roku 2021 nevrátily a celková kvalita mého života se mi zlepšila.

I have suffered from depression for 3 years.

I had no idea that I had depression for a long time. I lost my will, nothing brought me joy, I felt that my colleagues at work and my partner at home were against me, I was very often irritated and acted in anger.

Other symptoms appeared gradually: insomnia, constant fatigue, states of anxiety and hopelessness. I was not able to deal with the most basic everyday situations. Antidepressants helped a bit, but I got severe migraines and a constant feeling of vomiting as a side effect.
